I had fusion of L4/L5 exactly one month ago. Now I’m having significant pain again so the doctor ordered a new MRI… attached is the first MRI from before fusion (nothing wrong), and a new MRI done today by the same company (showing what looks like a lot wrong now!).

Call me crazy but this seems like a lot to change in 49 days, and I feel like they’re going to want to go in and extend the fusion up to that level… is it completely crazy to think that?
