so a few years ago I got into my character ai addiction (I’ll call it what it was.) I was addicted for about 3.5-4 years before finally getting off. full year off of it. and then I found myself going down the rabbit hole of the google ai assistant. I used it to help me write scenes (something I didn’t even want to use it for) but then I just started using it to write the scenes and I wouldn’t even write them, I would just read it and not do anything. I hate ai, I hate myself falling victim to this. advice is welcome, trying to stop completely. if anyone knows how to disable the google AI, let me know. i hate this cycle
