Google Play marked refund as completed but I never received the money
Google Play approved my refund on March 31 for 1,867 CZK and marked it as “Refunded”, but after more than 30 days the money never arrived to my bank account. Support has not solved it yet.
I filed a complaint with support and they denied it. The bank gave me a provisional refund at the time, but Google Play reversed it, and of course, they took away my service immediately.
Has anyone experienced this?
