Hey everyone! I was looking at the calendar for the las vegas location and are the hesi reviews and medmath workshops all zooms?

how does management expect us to always shave and do oral care. like on my run today i have 14 patients, 2 showers, 3 to feed(they all take over 25 minutes each), and 10 total care. i wish i could give all my patients the care they need but why does management not help. ps this facility is supposed to be transitioning from ltc to post acute. but they keep admitting totally dependent people with aggressive behaviors. and management walk around doing room checks, and checking water to tell us its warm but not get ice for the patients. like what
