This is a disposable, yes?? Or am I missing something? Is it just broken?? It's not working. 😭 And I foolishly threw out the packaging days ago!

I haven't bought from this brand before. I charged it overnight.

I've tried inhaling without pressing the button, inhaling while holding down the button, pressing the bottom multiple times without inhaling, long pressing the button before without inhaling.

The only time the button lights up is when its charging.

So I'm pretty sure it's broken. I just don't want to seem like an idiot if I ask for a refund and they test it and it was something obvious.
