My heltec v4 is not working

I flashed it with the web flasher an the last thing it said(the pc) was "hard resseting through rts pin" or something like that, but I have not touched anything and the screen is still blank, any advice?

I honestly don't understand how Samsung thought this update was ready.

Since updating to One UI 7, my phone has become significantly worse in daily use, to the point where I'm regretting updating at all.

Before the update, the phone was not perfect, but it was smooth, battery life was excellent, and everything felt responsive. Now it feels like I'm using a device that aged two years overnight.

Here are the main problems I've been experiencing constantly:

- Random micro stutters all over the UI, especially when opening recent apps, pulling down the notification shade, scrolling settings, or switching between apps.

- Apps take noticeably longer to open than before.

- Even UI elements sometimes take a second to load/render.

- Battery life has dropped massively. I used to comfortably get 2 to 3 days on moderate use, now I'm lucky if I get through one full day.

- Phone gets warm doing basic things that never caused heat before.

- Bluetooth audio randomly cuts out/stutters for a second, which never happened on the previous version.

- Overall the system just feels heavier, less optimized, and less polished.

This does not feel like placebo. The difference before and after the update is huge.

I already tried the usual stuff:

clearing cache, rebooting multiple times, optimizing apps, checking background usage... Even factory reseting.

Nothing changed.

Honestly this feels like Samsung pushed visual changes and "AI features" while sacrificing basic stability and battery optimization.

Am I the only one experiencing this after One UI 7 or did Samsung seriously mess this release up?

Pd I am in the latest security pach of one ui 8.
