Hey, guys. I just got prescribed propranolol for my agoraphobia. every time I try to leave my house, I'm met with distressing waves of anxiety. Sweaty, feel like I can't breathe, diarrhea, all of it. I can manage my anxiety when it's just that brain fog, but the physical symptoms are unbearable so I was prescribed Propranolol.

Anyone in a similar boat have success with it? I'm starting Zoloft as well so the Propranolol is an as needed thing, but it's the only med I have that'll be "effective immediately" for an upcoming trip I have.
