I’m a a bit into my 4th year and I’m coming from swb manufacturing into construction and I’m nervous about starting in a new place in the industry. So I’m wondering what sort of tool setups blokes are using like bags/pouches, pack-outs, power tools and any hand tools that can come in handy outside of the basics so I can be a bit better prepared. Also if there’s any books or YouTube videos or people you follow that could be recommended to learn any tips and how the construction industry works so I can try get my head around it as fast as possible.
