Hi guys,
I have 35%+ body fat... I used to work out (like 7-8 years ago) for a couple of months. Now I have started again and am doing full-body workout three times a week. I always feel tired but hopefully will get used to it.
My question is -- would full-body workout with no cardio help me with weight loss? my end goal is to cut my body fat by a lot and gain some muscle.
