Hello , i am an amateur player and have a good backhand service. I know side/ underspin and side/ topspin serves with the bh. The issue im facing is with the forehand service, i know the contact point and able to brush tha ball effectively but i face the problem in tossing the ball, some times i toss it too close, sometimes too far too sodeways etc i just cant find the rhythm of that. Due to that my posture and stance all get messed up, any tips or in depth yt vid?or anything else?
