can't decide between choosing Texas tech and tamu engineering academy at blinn Brenham.Anyone got any advice? thank you.

i had some inquiries about the Tamu Engineering Academy at blinn brenham.I got in for it.I was wondering how long will it take for me to transit into cstat if i am starting with calc I.Also how is the living environment in blinn Brenham?right now i am really confused between choosing this academy or Texas tech for engineering.Thank you.
