Bingined for weeks after cut need help
okay I really need help I have been cutting since February till April 12 after April it was Easter in my country so I went little bit lose and started binging thing is I have binged for 3 days straight then stick to an deficit then binge again then stick to an deficit for 3 days or so and binge again today I can't even stick to deficit or even maintenance for a day I have binged for 3 days straight and I genuinely don't know what to do im actually hungry now I was not in a cut and feel weird I mean I did change my one meal I don't eat oats for carb source anymore because I used to make 70gr oats with 700ml water and shit ton of sweetener for taste and it was not healthy 3 times a day but other wise from absurd volume I had chiken and veggies now I'm trying to cut back on such an absurd thing but started binging I have food taste addiction and can't stick to diet even a day without constant obsession I just got diagnosed with ocd also and I feel lost would appreciate any help thanks in advance sorry for rant
