I was on 40 mg for over two years and decided to switch to something different because it wasn’t helping my anxiety at all and the side effects were making my anxiety worse. I have successfully weaned from 40 mg to 30 mg, then 30 mg to 20 mg, then 20 mg to 15 mg, then 15mg to 10mg, and now today I started the 10 mg to 5 mg reduction. I don’t know why but I’m so scared I am going to have terrible withdrawals from this reduction even though I have successfully decreased my dosage all the way from 40 mg without any issues. Can someone please give me some encouragement or tell me I’m going to be okay. I am also starting 5 mg of Lexapro tonight.

I’m sorry, does my tv audio not work correctly or am I completely insane— Keyla has the most flat, tone deaf voice I have ever heard as a finalist on American idol and I absolutely cannot comprehend the praise she is getting from judges. Don’t get me wrong, she can belt, but besides that she cannot sing. I am left dumbfounded every single time she performs. And then Brayden sings so beautifully and all the judges can comment on is how his stage presence wasn’t enough? Hardly any feedback on his actual singing? I can’t stand this show anymore. These judges are out of their minds
