Hi! I'm about to get a begonia natunaensis leaf cutting, there's not alot of information about them so I'm hoping someone might be able to help me here! I want to put it in semi hydro, it has been grown in hydro so I thought the transition would be easier than soil. And I do prefer the idea of semi hydro to soil. I am unsure if this is a plant that would thrive in semi hydro? I believe it would be but as this is my first leaf cutting propagation I want to out my best foot forward.

If I do do semi hydro what would you recommend as substrate to use? I have leca but understand it is too chunky for begonias.

Any help would be appreciated !

Hi! The title is pretty much my full question lol. I fell in love with the begonia natunaensis and have been searching for it online and cannot find it anywhere! Those who have this plant, where did you buy it? Any advice?

I have managed to find one leaf cutting for sale but I've never bought a cutting before so I'm quite nervous to do that and wouldn't be sure how to grow it. If this is my only option, how hard is it to grow/chances of survival lol

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on either subject. Thank you in advance 💕
