Hi, I just need to vent. Recently, I was laid off due to 'restructuring.' I had worked in the tech industry for almost 6 years and this is my first layoff. It has been a month since then and I think I'm at my lowest point mentally. I'm feeling completely lost. LinkedIn is horrible; it's overwhelming and drains me every day. I feel absolutely scared of the future and I don't have a lot of money in my bank account. These are really dark days and I truly don't know what to do 😞.
