Just wanted to share this tip for anyone looking for efficient farming: You can convert 5 Nightmare Dungeon Sigils into an Escalation Sigil using the Cube. In my opinion, this is definitely the best farm spot right now especially for gold 200M+ if u get one with gold affix. You get great loot, you face Astaroth at the end, and there is even a chance for a Mythic Unique to drop. Definitely worth
