what am i doing wrong when applying? noobie here
hello buhay digital. new to the workforce ako (about to graduate from college this june) and the only experience i ever had was my internship, i do have projects (aspiring front end developer and ui ux designer ako, trying to get into VA work and marketing) pero mostly for school organizations sya. i have been applying to jobs left and right, on websites like indeed, jobstreet, linkedin, and more. pero i dont know! maybe the job market is bad right now o baka im the problem pero grabe ang dami ko ng applications but it only landed me 1 interview or majority of the time ghosted ako.
i made my resume ATS friendly and whatnot, it gets parsed perfectly naman pero jesus! it truly is hard nowadays. may tips ba kayo in getting callbacks or hired? i am truly lost in the real world now.
