Hey! new to retroarch/retroachievements! im playing pokemon firered and idk if im having problems with it or I just dont understand something.

When I log into the game it said i have about 19/170 achievements, but on retroachiements i have 4. for example the one i get from beating brock i dont have it on retroachievements.. can i fix this or is this normal? im so confused
