I have connected this via Ethernet and see it lights up green but can’t see it on my network. I called and the tech said to “unplug it to see if WiFi signal goes away” and that’s not really the greatest test when the WiFi stays strong around the house. Main reason I use this is to have a switch in the area with the extender. Let me know if anyone has done this before, thanks!
