What should I choose between B4 and M-Tier as a grad?

In summary, I’m a penultimate year double major accounting and finance student based in Australia. It’s around the time of year where internships need to be applied so like many I’ve been doing so.

I built good connections over at BDO Australia and was fortunate enough to land a summer internship over there. I know a few of the grads. I’ve made a good connection with the recruitment lady as well as a few of the partners. I’m joining the audit service line.

In saying that though I’ve also got interviews at EY, KPMG and Deloitte as well as a few other mid tier firms like HLB. I’ve always been someone focused on personalisation and seeing how far I can go in terms of growth in my career and I feel like if I was to join a midtier company I would have more chance to succeed and develop, whereas being in a big four I might just be one fish in a sea of many other fish and might not get my chance.

If you were me, and offered a position after an internship (assuming I get them all) which one would you choose to start a graduate position in if offered?

Eventually I’d like to move out of public in about 6 to 8 years after moving up to a high income role and potentially moving into a financially focused role

P.S. I start my CA soon after graduation
