hello!! as the title reads, i’m a 24 year old man who is currently working an 80+ hour work week for the past 8ish months. i currently have four jobs (i have two jobs i work around 40 hour weeks and two others that vary in hours). for the past 8 months i have been working 80 hour long weeks.
whenever i have time off of work, whether in the morning or at night, i am spending all of my free time sleeping and i am getting very frustrated about it haha. i have one or two nights off a week and those nights i end up going to bed around 4/5pm and sleep until i have to wake up around 5am the next morning and i do not even feel well rested.
no amount of sleep feels fufilling and i feel awful and sleep deprived all of the time. is there a way i can better my sleep habits so i can make the sleep i am able to get more fufilling?
