I would like to clean up this phot of my son and make it usable for his high school graduation ceremony.

I’ve included 3 versions of the photo for detail. I’d also like to change the background. I understand that might be difficult because he’s backlit. The photo looking completely natural (lighting consistency) is my top priority.
