Now im not new to driving or to Qatar, yet i fail to comprehend this funny signaling of the turn-indicators *right* *left* *right* *left* . i have had people not giving way on the fast lane do this - as if to say, go around? (my interpretation) . And also someone really speeding thru after flashing in the fast lane - as if to excuse? (my intrpretation again). I've also seen it from local youth in response to random flashing (even when they're not in the way..which is really funny & amusing frankly)

but what does it really mean? and if any other signs out there.. thank you & drive safe!
