I’m completely new to kayaking and looking for a safe beginner-friendly place around Mississauga, especially the Credit River area.
I wanted to ask:
Is the Credit River good for beginners?
Which section is safest and easiest?
Where should I start and where should I end?
Any spots to avoid because of shallow water, strong current, rocks, or dams?
Best launch points for beginners?
I’m mainly looking for a calm and relaxing paddle for my first few trips.
