Yes- I’m aware there’s a lot of flour I added too much flour to my dish towel cause I was scared that it would stick 😳 I plan on sweeping it once it’s cooled down though.
Recipe:
375ml water
60g starter
500g bread flour
10g salt
Method: Mix the water and starter then flour and salt
4 sets of stretch and folds 30min in between
Bulk fermented for 10 ish hours?
Cold fermented for 14
