Never been able to find this song

When I was in 8th grade, way back in 1993, I was in my school’s chorus. We learned a song that I still remember all the lyrics to, but I have never found a recorded version of it. I’d really love to have this song in my playlist, so if anybody knows where I can find a recording of it, please share. Here’s the song:

“If You Were Standing Here” - artist unknown

Verse 1:
I guess we thought we had all the time in the world.
And a lot of things I know we left unsaid.
But if it’s not too late, I’d like you to know what I’m thinking.
Though I’d rather just be holding you instead.

Pre-Chorus:
Do you know how much I love you?
Is it too late to pretend?
If we could just go back and do it all again,

Chorus:
I’d take time to say what it means to love you,
Time to show how much I care,
Time to laugh, and time to shed a tear.
This is what I want us to share
If you were standing here.

Verse 2:
I know somewhere a part of you is listening.
I can hear your voice speaking in my soul.
If there could be a time for us to be together,
I’d never, no I’d never let you go.

Bridge:
Do you know how much I love you?
Let the memories never end.
I want you back to hold you
Like the day that we began.
If we could just go back and do it all again,
I’d take time…
Ooooo ooooo…
If we could just go back and do it all again,

Chorus:
I’d take time to say what it means to love you,
Time to show how much I care,
Time to laugh, and time to shed a tear.
This is what I want us to share
If you were standing here.
