can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to have a on screen display of fps, power wattage and cpu/gpu temp?

Is it only possible by downloading msi afterburner or is there an alternative way to to do it without downloading anything?

Also need some tips to lower temperature. my specs are R7 7445 and rtx 4050.

if anyone can teach me to undervolt/best fancurve then im open to learn
