Advice…😓

this probably gets asked all the time but I'm coming on here because I am struggling and looking for some genuine advice. So I have an interview for an EO position on Thursday (tomorrow is basically my last day to perfect all my prep) & I feel so underprepared but it makes no sense because I have prepared soooo much, like I have so so many notes and I have 3 perfect worked examples for the behaviours: Delivering at pace, Making effective decisions, Communicating and influencing.
I feel as if I am trying to memorise it so much and that's where it is becoming an issue, but I am struggling to even retain any information, I literally have quite a bit of experience in fact I would say it matches exactly what the role is looking for, I'm doing STAR+T (tie in) and I reference how my skills and expereince match the JD but I feel as if I can't remember a single thing when I'm practicing mocks I literally go so blank.
Any advice would mean a lot. For some reason whenever I try to talk about my experiences I am struggling to give that extra bit of depth which is when I try reference back to my worked answer and that's where I keep going in circles lmao, I am probably not getting this. I watched a lot of Jac Williams on YouTube and he is awesome (where I got my notes) fyi.
