I am planning a tasting menu for my lovely Finnish girlfriend here in Helsinki over the Summer, and was wondering what the best fresh summer vegetables are here and where to get them. If anyone has specific suggestions it would be appreciated, and additionally where I would find fresh seafood. Thank you!

Edit: I have looked at the market halls online and they seem good but if anyone has other suggestions or specific places at the halls they have experience with that would be great, thank you.
