Help me pick my appliances please

There's just too many options. If anyone has done this thinking already, I'd appreciate your help. I lean towards buying individually instead of bundles so I can get the features I want. Here are my criteria:

  1. Fridge -- just durable and hopefully not much more than $2-3k, standard depth,
  2. Range -- induction - less than $2k, knobs preferred
  3. Dishwasher -- Bosch I guess since I hear this is the one to beat
  4. Microwave -- don't care

Any advice welcome

I have two rescues I've had for 10 years and I think they're 13 or 14. They haven't had many health issues until the last couple of years where they started puking more often.

We took the smaller one to the vet and after $500 in exams there was no hyperthyroidism and all the vet could say is that we could do more exams for cancer or kidney disease or something. He also suggested a change in diet.

We switched them to Blue Buffalo True Solutions Digestive care and Royal Canin Digestive dry food. They don't eat much of the dry food. They also get freeze dried chicken. They puked less for a while and seemed to stabilize in weight.

But now their weight is down again and puking is up. I have no idea what to do. More expensive tests? I'm very worried about them. Are they just getting old?
