Smarters Lite keeps asking me to accept terms again

Every time I open Smarters Lite, it shows the terms and conditions screen like it’s the first time I’m using the app.

I accept it, log in, and everything works. But the next time I open it, it asks again.

Smarters Lite doesn’t show the full TV guide?

I’m using Smarters Lite on my TV and I only see the current program playing.

I don’t see the full TV guide with upcoming shows like I’ve seen in screenshots before.
Is there a setting to switch to full guide view or does Lite not have that?

Still figuring this app out.

I feel really dumb asking this, but I am completely lost.

I finally decided to cut the cord and bought a cheap IPTV subscription that I saw online. I thought they were just going to give me an app to download on my Firestick, like Netflix or Hulu, where I just type in my email and password.

Instead, the seller emailed me a giant wall of text. It has something called an "M3U URL", "Xtream Codes API", and a "Portal URL".

I have absolutely no idea what to do with any of this. I tried searching the app store on my TV for the provider's name, but nothing shows up. I’ve been Googling it, and people are saying I need to download third-party apps, pay for premium versions of those apps, and type out this massive link using my TV remote.

Is it always this complicated? Did I get scammed? I just want a simple app I can click on to watch TV. Is there an easier way to do this for someone who isn't good with tech?

Tried using the search feature in Smarters and it barely finds anything unless I type the exact full channel name.

Like if I type part of the name, nothing shows up.
Is that just how it works or is there some setting I need to enable?
