Clinic closed, my details transferred?

Has anyone heard of or used Zen Medical?

I just got a call from a representative saying they’d received my details from a clinic that has apparently closed, as I *may* have been a previous client, and wanted to check whether I’d found a new clinic or was interested in joining theirs.

The thing is… I was never actually a client of the clinic she mentioned (though I may have made an enquiry at some point, I honestly can’t remember).

She said they may have received my details from an enquiry database as well.

I’m relatively happy with my current clinic. There are a few things I’d change, but overall I like having decent control over my scripts, having them sent to me, and the admin team is helpful when issues pop up. I’m full-time travelling, so flexibility matters a lot.

The rep mentioned they may be able to do medication cheaper, but I already use scripts through Honahlee so I can shop around depending on where I am.

I didn't ask about follow-up fees, whether I’d be tied to their own pharmacy, or if they have preferred chemist/provider arrangements.

It just felt a bit… off? Not necessarily saying it’s dodgy, but getting an unsolicited call like that felt unusual and a little scammy.

Has anyone actually used Zen Medical? Legit experience? Good/bad? Or has anyone else had this kind of call?
