I won these Roughouts in the giveaway by Oliver the Shoe Man. Second pair. They are awesome! I'm going to wear them everyday for 2 weeks without rotating so I can get them broken in. Then I'll start using boot trees and rotating them.
I don't know much about these Sanders boots but I like them. Any help on the history of the company would be appreciated.
I've disinfected, cleaned, conditioned, and used Saphir Medaille D'Or to add color back to the vamps. While conditioning the inside of the vamps I was VERY impressed with the softness of the lining leather. I'm having to re-glue the sock liners, replace the heels (one is worn down so much that the washer around one of the ring shank nails was showing), and add sole savers.
But they are comfortable and I really like them. The bull shoulder vamps are super soft. Could they be another skin?
