McKinley PMO refuses to take action on safety concerns
I'm a unit owner in one of the condos here in McKinley Taguig. Since late last year, I have been persistenly reporting the cigarette butts found in our balcony. There has been close to 10 reported incidents to the PMO and security. They would always reply, we will investigate. At the most, they issued a reminder/memo to all owners/tenants not to throw cigarettes or trash from the balcony. Thankfully, nothing has caught fire in our balcony.
We found another cigarette butt this morning and they replied with their usual "We will investigate po". This has been happening for months and despite constant follow ups with them, they seem it ignore this.
Would like to ask if there's anyone else here who has encountered issues with their PMOs? How do you escalate these? We've tried bringing this up during our townhalls and GAs but still no action from their end.
