How do you decide when to stop losing?

How do you decide when to stop losing?

I am 43F and give been on Zep since Feb 2024. I have lost 141lbs total. I’m currently 146. I saw my doctor about 2.5 months ago and she said she was happy with my progress and didn’t need me to lose anymore weight, at that point I was 163 in the office, fully dressed. My BMI is now in the “normal” range, just barely, but I’m not super concerned about that. I am a wearing primarily a size 10, but can wear an 8 in some things and I’m the smallest I’ve been since middle school. I am satisfied, but also would like a little more wiggle room.

My doctor mentioned getting addicted to weight loss, and while I’m not there, I do feel confused about how to be done or how to choose when to be fully satisfied with my progress.

I need some help.

We live in central Oklahoma and we are looking to repaint the siding on our house in the next year or so. Our house is more brick than siding. It’s 1600 sq ft and the front is brick for the first 3 ft from the ground. There are 2 peaks to paint, and the garage door takes up a good bit of real estate that probably doesn’t need to be painted, the entryway also have siding. The sides and back have no siding but they do still have eaves that need some tlc.
