We had a Honeywell smart thermostat - wanted something that would automatically switch between heat and cool though, so we got the x2p. We do not have a heat pump. Picture 1 is the old wiring, picture 2 is the new wiring. The unit powers on, we have it set to cool and fan on, waiting about 5 minutes for the "waiting for equipment" message to go away. Nothing turns on though, the AC isn't running, if you set the fan to on it does not switch on. Help! It's getting hot in here ...
