[S1] Just finished Life is Strange 1 and holy shit...

Yeah sure this is probably the 1082293829th post of the week with the exact premise, but I just have to share it with someone who might care.

This is probably the greatest story ever told in gaming for me (at least considering I haven't played the other games). I think the devs choice to just end the game with that car driving somewhere and then just back to the title screen was actually fantastic, it just makes the player shocked that... it's ended.

I sacrificed Arcadia Bay. I can't even dare to try the other ending, I just love Chloe so much and can't even bear so see it even if just to check out what happens (maybe in another run some years in the future). How many people also do that, sacrificing Arcadia Bay? Am I in the minority here or nah?

Anyway, this game is straight up a masterpiece. Is LiS2 a direct continuation, does it rely on LiS1's save to continue the story with all our choices or smth? Is it worth playing the new ones as well?
