Dead RLN8-410?
I have an RLN8-410 that has been running flawlessly since 2018, 24/7. It has all Reolink devices on it, four POE cameras, one wifi camera, and a POE doorbell camera. The NVR is on a battery backup with surge protection.
This week, the NVR went offline and showed "failure to connect" for the NVR (and obviously all hardwired cams). I've tried power cycling the NVR, resetting my router, resetting my switch, swapping ethernet cables, and plugging the NVR directly into the router, and cannot get it to connect. It runs headless, so I plugged it into an HDMI monitor (which has worked many times before) and it's not outputting a video signal.
I submitted a ticket with Reolink for support, but I believe this unit might be shot.
Has anyone experienced this or have any recommendations for what else I can try? TIA
