Issues with moving heads!

Hi,

I recently bought some second hand Chauvet moving head lights. I used them for a couple of days just to test them, then I noticed they got pretty hot and turned off automatically. They now don't seem to turn on at all, despite lights showing on the circuit boards.

After close inspection, it looks like the fans at the base of the moving head were either not working at all or working very slowly. Do you think this may have fried the board and therefore the entire light fixture and has anyone else come across issues like overheating with moving heads?

Hi All,

I did a stupid thing yesterday by cutting through my electrical hedge cable and now I've had the task of rewiring it back up

It looks straightforward to do, I've stripped back the 2 blue and brown cables with wire strippers, fed it back to the junction box but doesn't still seem to work

I've tried changing the fuse at the plug, checking for any more damage along the cable but still doesn't seem to work

Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be?
