First proper broken bone happened on Sunday, and sweet Jesus I can't seem to stop it getting bumped leading to a sick feeling in my guts and a dizzy lightheaded feeling... Doc wants to leave it splinted to heal for 2 weeks and I'm not sure I'll survive that long! 😅 Any advice welcome, even the patently obvious don't bump it 😂
