Need help yo identify edit song that goes like poo poow, poo poow, poo poow

Each time the poo poow goes deeper and it's also slow, the poo poow is like a synthetic sound or like when u vibrate a metal or polystyrene sheet in the air and it makes the sound wooowwoowoooop, there is that video of a blond girl searching for that song and then she imitates it and the edit starts. She says that it's and edit song without lyrics and it's used on tiktok. When I get that sound it's usually edit of fighter jets and that girl at the start. I hope that someone could help me
