I have 2 boy dobermans. My oldest, Caleb, literally pulls out the other's neck hair. It grows back, is looking good for about a week, and then he does it again. We have used neck coverings and scarves, but he gets around them and does it again. It is to the point I have ordered snake bite armor (as in covers the entire neck and chest) so that he cant get to his brother's neck.

Has anyone else had this happen? Im at my wits end. I just want my boy to look good and "whole", not like hes constantly in a fight or having mange.
