Baby turned 6 months old

Happy Mother’s day to all you mamas. You are all doing such a wonderful job caring for and raising your little ones.

My baby girl turned 6 months old today. I don’t know why but I’m so emotional, not in a sad way but in a happy way. Time goes away so so fast with these little gremlins. I cannot believe she is 6 months old already with a big personality. I cannot believe I am someone’s ‘Home’. (Home is where mom is)

I am reading so many well written Mother’s Day posts and my eyes are welling up. Thank you all for your warmth, your endless support and your love.

My relative Mr. Varun Arora (my masi’s dewar) is battling IBMFS and blood cancer and has a bone marrow transplant scheduled at PGI, Chandigarh. My masarh Vanish Arora (his brother) is the donor. They belong to Amritsar and live near Majitha Road. Varun works a private job (salesman for Bisleri) and the family is in dire need of funds as the hospital estimated cost of treatment is Rs 15.00 Lakhs. On top of the expenses, he will have to leave his job and live near PGI, Chandigarh for at least six months as there might be complications after the surgery. He has rented a one room apartment where he is going to shift with his wife and baby.

The family has used all of their resources so far. I request you all to donate as much or as little as you can so that the treatment can begin. We are doing everything we can but we truly need your support. Any contribution, no matter how small can make a life-saving difference. I have attached the estimate from PGI.
