The cat that’s confirmedly our neighbor’s gradually went from just nuzzling my leg on the street once in a while, to finding a way to hop over our gates and spending most of its time here. Sometimes I leave my front door open (not the US so we have perimeter walls), and when I return home at like, 4PM, the cat is already waiting inside the house. And she stays until forever if we let her. She was purring on top of me at 8AM as I slept before my roommate kicked her out.
I was worried that she wasn’t being cared for, but she looks pretty healthy. I like her and don’t mind having her around, I give her pets and snacks and even bought a toy for her, but I’m just concerned that we might end up stealing the neighbor’s cat at this rate lol
She also meows/purrs (sounds like a mix of the two, don’t know the name for it) all the time to me and I genuinely have no idea why. Any advice?
