Firstly I just want to credit the glory to God. Praise be unto him.
Cause - Incorrect use of PE exercises. Specifically manual clamping and ADS ( All Day Stretcher ). Clamped daily in spite of knowing it’s an exercise that should only be executed every other/second day. Gained Soft Glans Syndrome ( first symptom ), continued using an ADS, and increased tension unnecessarily. You could say I got greedy, reason being is that I had finally broken a plateau I was stuck in for nearly a year.
Symptoms - Soft glans syndrome, numbness, turtling, cold testicles, cold penis, hard flaccid, size decrease, sharp pain. Sharp pains ceased after some time, with the return of nocturnal and morning erections.
Cure - To take up less of your time I’ll jump right into it: Reverse Kegels. Not the standard reverse kegel where you’re taught to allow your belly to expand naturally, but a more forceful approach.
While urinating, I decided to reverse kegel, while expanding my belly and holding this reverse kegel as well as the expansion until I finished urinating. Thenceforth I continued urinating this way and still continue to do so even now. Simply put, I no longer have hard flaccid, my pelvic floor feels loose and by experiencing this feeling of looseness, it is now possible for me to become aware of tension that arises in my pelvic floor. This tension only seems to arise in a moment of emotion or thought, but because I’m aware of this, it is more feasible to relax myself in order to keep my pelvic floor relaxed.
As for what I’m experiencing, it seems as though my flaccid is slightly longer than it was prior to injury. During sex on the second day of these reverse kegels, I managed to ejaculate three times, but in spite of this, my penis remained rock solid ( erection quality would usually lessen after the third ejaculation prior to injury ). I’m now able to stretch my penis outward again without feeling like I’m playing a game of tug of war.
Today is day four of being hard flaccid free.
Additionally - Whether you believe me or not doesn’t bother me. I write this in order to help. I don’t know if this will be effective for most, but what I do believe, is that it will be effective for those who’ve been effected by hard flaccid, caused by trauma to the penis. Whether that trauma is cause by PE, rough masturbation, or even rough sex.
For those that are successful curing hf using these forceful reverse kegels, there may be times where you notice tension in your pelvic floor post emotion or thought. You may notice your body is somewhat tense also. You can counter this pelvic floor tension by simply relaxing your body, and should feel your pelvic floor immediately relax also. You can also counter it by forcefully reverse kegeling.
