Hey y’all! I started skating about a month ago and LOVING it all minus the pain I feel every day. I have started skating about 12 hours a week two weeks ago and cannot shake the constant pain I feel in my body. I’m 27 and very healthy, so this is a whole new ballgame for me.
Any tips/suggestions or just empathy on what the heck is going on and how I can help myself?
