This is a subtle attempt to defend the coaching institutes/ leakers... Because it's obvious that if they say the entire paper was leaked then everyone will suspect the institutes and students who claimed to score 700+ before the results were out.. they didn't just claim. They celebrated with so much confidence, billboards were covered, interviews were held.. the exams are definitely compromised.. RENEET is an another opportunity to perform business with more secrecy this time.
