I'm a recent grad, moving to a new tech job in healthcare, and they want 5 professional references before moving forward with an offer. The references are just a 5-10 minute virtual survey with questions rating their experience working with me on a scale.
Reached out to my current and past manager of course, but also some of my previous professors on Monday. I explained who I am, what class I took with them, any memories I had with them or the course, and the reference process. However, I haven't heard back yet. The employer didn't set a deadline for references when asked, but emphasized ideally by the start of next week. I see final exams are starting today (good luck all), so am I fucked? Anyone got experience with this?
(If any "co-workers" on here with credibility and speed wants to serve as my reference, I would appreciate it lol)
