I am looking for a 2bed apartment in Santa Monica around $5000/month. I have 2 young children so somewhere safe and quiet but walkable would be great. We would love a pool and grilling area too. Is this realistic for SM though?! Any recommendations for buildings or ones to stay away from? Any specific area to look at?
