Hello! I'm 24f I've had what I'm pretty sure is costo for almost a year now, just recently finding out it's probably costo within the past few months, as my doctor brought it up to me and things started adding up. My main symptoms of all of this have been in my left shoulder/armpit/chest area. I've been using the backpod once a day for a couple weeks now and it really seems to have been helping way more than anything else I tried, however, the pain in my shoulder seems to be coming back, and I also used to get tingling down my arm, which has come back a bit today. The shoulder pain is like a burning sensation in the back of my shoulder, by the traps and shoulder blade. The tingling is very light right now in my hand and forearm, and it's on and off. I had skipped a couple odd days of the backpod (i know :(, not in a row though!) and yesterday i went down to one pillow to give myself a deeper stretch since my pain was starting to come back, but now im experiencing this :(. Plus a bit of armpit tightness that I had before, when it was really bad, has also come back a bit. I'm trying really hard to be gentle and not overexert my shoulder, and i'm so frustrated that it came back again. I guess i'm just wondering if the tingling is normal with a bigger stretch? and if the burning in my shoulder is costo, and how to get rid of it? I feel hopeless and like I'll never be fully better. Thanks in advance
